FTMO Futures
Compare Growth and Pro, monthly costs, EOD drawdown and the conditions behind Sim-Funded payouts.
FTMO Futures Account Comparison
Growth costs less and has softer daily risk rules. Pro provides larger loss allowances and higher request caps. Both begin with simulated evaluation; passing leads to a Sim-Funded Account.
Growth and Pro · Monthly evaluation subscription.
Entry prices refer to evaluation access, even when Sim-Funded rules are selected. Each evaluation has its own subscription, cancelled when the evaluation is approved as passed. Sim-Funded access has no subscription charge.

FTMO Futures Drawdown Explained
Both plans trail the highest closed trading-day balance, then lock at initial capital. The floor moves at the next session boundary; equity must remain above it throughout trading.
Fixed 50K evaluation examples, independent of the account selector. Pro’s $1,000 daily limit also applies; this path stays above each session’s daily floor. Growth has no evaluation daily limit. No payouts are illustrated. Session boundaries represent the next trading day’s risk calculation.
Official drawdown and daily loss rulesFTMO Futures Payout Rules
Sim-Funded has no profit target or consistency rule. Requests still depend on qualifying days, new profit, withdrawable percentage, the cap and remaining risk room.
Request amount versus money received
A $2,000 approved request gives a $1,800 trader payment at 90/10. Pro’s 100% withdrawable label describes the requestable profit portion, not a 100% trader split. A full withdrawal can touch the locked drawdown floor and fail the account; leave risk room.
Official sourceRequesting and receiving payment
The Client Area closes positions and orders, shows the available payout and deducts the requested amount from balance. You can resume trading while approval is pending. After approval, confirm the invoice. USD methods include Wise, Revolut bank wire, Visa Direct and Mastercard Send; the latter is unavailable for US clients.
Official sourceLive funding is invitation only
FTMO reviews Sim-Funded trading before offering a Live Funded Account. Live payouts can be daily after clearing a one-time buffer, without the Sim-Funded cap, at 90/10. Market data charges apply, with one exchange covered. Buffer amount and live account terms require the invitation; live funding is not guaranteed.
Official sourceSelected-size contract scaling
Both products use these EOD profit tiers. Capacity can fall when EOD profit falls, including after withdrawals. Ten micros count as one standard or mini.
Official scaling rulesFTMO Futures Fees
Evaluation access renews monthly. A breached account still has an active subscription; the next billing date provides a fresh account. Passing approval cancels the subscription; Sim-Funded and Live Funded access have no recurring program charge. Review billing and cancellation in the Client Area.

Growth evaluation has none. A Growth Sim-Funded daily hit closes positions and suspends trading until the next session. A Pro daily hit ends the account. Maximum drawdown breaches end either plan.
